Brookside Community Center

Our community building is available to rent for private events such as parties, meetings, showers, and gatherings. We are pleased to offer an affordable and convenient space for both Brookside residents and non-residents.

Rental Rates

  • $350 for Brookside residents

  • $500 for non-residents

  • A $250 security deposit is required to reserve your date

Available Time Slots

  • 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Please note: Events scheduled during the evening time slot require security at an additional cost of $225.

Capacity

  • Maximum occupancy is 75 guests

Catering
You are welcome to use the caterer of your choice. The Brookside Community does not require a specific catering vendor.

What's Included with Your Rental

  • 10 five-foot round tables

  • 75 folding chairs

  • 2 eight-foot rectangular tables​
